Anne Allen

Anne Allen has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Anne is currently the Director of Learning Solutions at AllenComm, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Area9 Lyceum as the Director of Guided Learning & Mastery from 2021 to 2023, where they successfully implemented adaptive learning solutions for enterprise accounts.

Before joining Area9 Lyceum, Anne worked at AllenComm from 2017 to 2021. During their time there, they held roles such as Performance Consultant, where they analyzed business and training needs to propose tailored design solutions for clients, and Instructional Designer, where they consulted with clients on optimal learning experiences.

Anne also has previous experience working as a Processing Clerk III and Customer Service Representative at LDS Global Service Center from 2015 to 2017, where they provided support and assistance to leaders in Europe and Africa.

Additionally, Anne has experience in the field of publishing as the Managing Editor of the College of Science alumni magazine at the University of Utah College of Science from 2014 to 2015.

Anne began their career as a Writer at AllenComm in 2013, where they wrote and edited content for online training courses and presented analyses of instructional design trends.

Anne's earlier experience includes working as a News Writer for The Daily Utah Chronicle, where they conducted interviews and wrote articles about campus and community news.

Anne Allen attended The University of Utah from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in German Studies and International Studies.
