Robert O'Haus

Robert O'Haus has a strong background in learning and development, marketing, and sales. Robert is currently the Director of Learning & Development at KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc. and has been in this role since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Marketing, Direct Operations at the same company starting from 2015. Before joining KYOCERA, Robert worked at Ricoh University from 2003 to 2015 as the Sr. Manager, Curriculum Development for Ricoh Sales Force Enablement. Robert also spent a significant portion of their career at Kyocera Mita from 1990 to 2003, where they held the positions of Sales Training Manager and Programs Manager. Robert's work experience dates back to 1985, where they started off their career in sales at Plastinetics, Inc.

Robert O'Haus attended Emery Park Memorial High School (EPMHS) from 1969 to 1973. Robert completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program during this time.

After graduating from EPMHS, O'Haus went on to attend Montclair State University from 1977 to 1982. Robert received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the university.
