Shrmcp Connie Borucki

Connie Borucki, SHRMCP has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Connie began their career as the Director of Human Resources at Rapley Engineering Services, Inc. Connie then moved on to Total Rehab Services, where they served as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for implementing HR initiatives and serving as a business partner to senior leaders. Since 1997, Connie has been with Allendale Association, where they have held several leadership roles, including Sr. Vice President of Human Resources & Support Services and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. In these positions, Connie has overseen a wide range of HR functions, including compensation, benefits, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and policies and procedures. Connie has also been involved in strategic planning and forecasting, as well as collaborating with program and department vice presidents. Connie is a member of the President's Executive Advisory Committee at Allendale Association.

Connie Borucki, SHRMCP, has a strong educational background in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, and Spanish. Connie obtained their Bachelor's degree from Columbia College of Missouri, where they studied Business Administration, Psychology, and Human Resources. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from Schaumburg High School, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General, as well as Spanish. In addition to their education, Connie has obtained several certifications, including the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in October 2015, and the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in December 1999.
