Erin Slont

Erin Slont currently serves as the District Behavior Coach at Allendale Public Schools since August 2022. Previously, Erin held the position of Achievement and Behavior Support Specialist at National Heritage Academies from August 2019 to August 2022, and worked as a Behavior Analyst at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. from June 2018 to November 2019. Additional experience includes serving as a Clinical Supervisor at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. from February 2017 to June 2018, and as a Clinical Support Therapist and Behavior Therapist at Damar Services, Inc. from November 2013 to September 2016. Erin earned a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2016 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Indiana University Bloomington in 2013.
