Elissa Trafford is a seasoned professional in inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing management, currently serving as the Senior Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager at Allens since July 2022. Prior to this, Elissa held leadership roles at Settlement Services International, including Head of Culture, Inclusion & Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion Manager, where significant initiatives such as the first Reconciliation Action Plan were developed. Elissa's extensive experience also includes positions at Suncorp Group, notably as People Experience Manager, overseeing D&I strategies and governance, and roles at CUA, focusing on organisational effectiveness and people strategy. Elissa began their career in human resources at Investors Mutual Limited and Treasury Group Investment Services, building foundational HR capabilities. Academically, Elissa holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from Charles Sturt University and a Certificate IV in Business in Human Resources from TAFE NSW, both with distinction.
