Lily Petrova

Lily Petrova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Resource Manager for Disputes & Investigations at Allens since November 2018. Previously held positions at Allens include National Manager for Client Secondments and Allens Adapt, as well as Program Lead for Allens Adapt. Before joining Allens, Lily worked as Talent Acquisition Manager for Experienced Hires, and in various recruitment roles at Clifford Chance, Ernst & Young, and Phoenix Futures.
