Sam Turner

Sam Turner is an experienced leader in People and Culture, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Allens since July 2023. With a background in diversity and inclusion, Sam Turner founded Sam Turner Inclusion in January 2019, focusing on D&I strategy, workforce capability, and culture change. Prior to this, Sam Turner held significant roles at Microsoft, including Chief of Staff for Asia and Director of People & Sales Operations, where expertise in organizational restructuring and change management was demonstrated. At Westpac Group, Sam Turner advanced the inclusion and diversity agenda, achieving notable recognition and leadership improvements. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Business (Hons) from the University of Newcastle.
