David Carmignani

David Carmignani has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. David served as the Chief Financial Officer at Allentown, LLC starting in 2012. In this role, they were responsible for managing the daily financial activities of both domestic and international operations. David also coordinated and assisted in the preparation of year-end filings with accounting firms, oversaw Letters of Credit, monitored currency fluctuations, and managed risk with various currency contracts.

Prior to their role at Allentown, LLC, David Carmignani was a stockholder at Aust Carmignani Venanzi LLC from 2006 to 2012.

David Carmignani attended Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville, NJ from 1985 to 1988. David then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
