Dr. Michael Henry

Dr. Michael Henry is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources for Allentown School District since April 2022. With extensive experience in human resources and educational administration, Dr. Henry has held various leadership positions, including Director and Executive Director roles at Duval County Public Schools and Director of Human Resources at Springfield Public Schools. Dr. Henry's contributions to educational accreditation are significant, serving as a Lead Evaluator for Cognia since October 1999, working on school accreditation both nationally and internationally. Dr. Henry holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, along with several other advanced degrees in education and leadership.
