Jim Slough

Jim Slough is an experienced professional with a background in talent sourcing and executive search. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Sourcing Strategist at Optum, Jim previously held the position of Senior Executive Search Consultant at Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry Company. Jim’s military experience includes roles as Regional Director of Recruiting and Marketing and Center Commander in the US Army, along with service as a Military Police Investigator. Jim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Public Relations from The University of Arizona Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Ashford University.
