Kyle Kauffman

Kyle Kauffman is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Director of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) at Allentown School District since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kyle held the position of Senior Manager at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago from July 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities included developing and implementing professional learning courses for science teachers, collaborating with various educational entities, and aligning programs with evidence-based practices and Next Generation Science Standards. Additionally, Kyle served as a Physics Teacher at South Western High School for two decades, where accomplishments included developing a successful AP-B physics program and co-chairing the Science Department. Kyle holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Penn State University and attained Principal Certification in Educational Leadership and Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
