Prior to that, Adelle was the Director of External Communications at AbbVie, where responsibilities included managing communications for corporate reputation and financial matters. Earlier career highlights include senior management roles at Abbott, where strategic communications for acquisitions and intellectual property litigation were developed, as well as investor relations management at CIGNA/Intracorp and Shelton Group. Adelle holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific.
