Prior to this role, Cynthia held various leadership positions at Allergan Aesthetics, including Director of Sales Manager Development and Director of Portfolio Training & Leadership Development from March 2021 to October 2023, and spent 15 years at Allergan starting in March 2006 as the Midwest Regional Manager for Allergan Facial Aesthetics. Cynthia began a career in the pharmaceutical industry at Dermik Laboratorie as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative from January 2003 to March 2006. Cynthia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington in 1994.
