Daniel Cabrera Olayo has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles focused on digital transformation and customer experience. Daniel started their career at Amena in 2003 as a Business Development E-care. Daniel then moved to Orange in 2005 as an E-commerce Specialist, where they analyzed and defined sales processes for mobile products. In 2008, they joined ASPgems as a Digital Business Development and Online Marketing Manager, responsible for B2B product strategy and online marketing activities.

In 2012, Olayo joined Vodafone as a Digital Channel Manager, where they handled communications and operational development for the B2B segment. Daniel achieved success by defining and launching the B2B communication strategy for Vodafone Convergent Product Vodafone Integral. From 2015 to 2018, Olayo was the founder of Videoky S.L, taking on various roles including coach, dealmaker, and strategist.

Daniel then joined L'Oréal in 2016 as a Digital & E-commerce Manager for the Professional Products Business Unit, overseeing the digital transformation and e-commerce strategy for the L'Oréal Professionnel brand. In 2018, they became the Head of Digital for L'Oréal Spain's Professional Products Division, where they drove the digital and e-commerce vision and strategy.

Most recently, Olayo has been working at Allergan Aesthetics since 2019. Daniel first served as the Digital Transformation Director for Allergan Aesthetics | AbbVie - Iberia, where they led the cultural transformation and digital team, developing new business model opportunities and implementing omnichannel strategies. Currently, they hold the position of Business Excellence Director, overseeing various responsibilities related to business performance and excellence.

Through their career, Daniel Cabrera Olayo has demonstrated expertise in digital strategy, customer experience, and business development, contributing to the success of the companies they have worked for.

Daniel Cabrera Olayo has a Master in Digital Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School, which they completed from 2011 to 2012. In 2019, they participated in the Executive Program at HEC Paris, focusing on Leadership in Action. In 2015 to 2016, they studied Digital Transformation at ISDI, specializing in accelerating the digitization of business in organizations. For their undergraduate education, they attended Universidad Nebrija from 2000 to 2004, majoring in Administration and Business Management. In the same institution, they also studied Business Development in International Environments during that period. Additionally, in 2002 to 2003, they briefly attended Rennes School of Business. In 2010, they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Económicas from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
