Mahmoud Elgindy

Mahmoud Elgindy has extensive experience in compliance and internal control roles. Mahmoud is currently working as a Regional Compliance Lead at Allergan Aesthetics, where they provide guidance and advisory on compliance matters and conducts risk assessments. Prior to this, they worked as a Finance Compliance Manager at GSK, where they designed and implemented internal control systems and monitored regulatory changes. Mahmoud also has experience as an Internal Control Head at Danone, where they performed controls testing and provided documentation as per internal control guidelines. Additionally, Mahmoud has worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at pioneers securities, where they supported management through risk identification and coordinated projects for external auditors. Mahmoud also has experience as a Senior Compliance Officer at Warba Bank and as an Engagement Auditor and Staff Associate Auditor at Ernst & Young, where they conducted audits and documented audit procedures.

Mahmoud Elgindy was a CPA Candidate from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce English section, between 2004 and 2008. Mahmoud also obtained a certification as a CPA Candidate from the AICPA.
