Mouna Ghoul

Mouna Ghoul is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial leadership and marketing within the aesthetics and cosmetics industries. Currently serving as the Commercial Director and Head of Sales for France and Benelux at Allergan Aesthetics since October 2020, Mouna Ghoul leads the commercial strategy and manages a diverse team to execute operational plans. Previously, Mouna held various senior marketing and communication roles at Allergan Aesthetics France, overseeing the launch of significant marketing campaigns and media strategies. With a background that includes positions at Parfums Christian Dior and Shiseido, Mouna has developed and implemented scientific communication strategies and managed product launches across multiple markets. Mouna holds an MBA in Marketing and Commercial Strategy from ESG and advanced degrees in chemistry and biochemistry from UVSQ and Université d'Orléans.
