Natalia Kristioglo

Natalia Kristioglo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Natalia currently works at Allergan Aesthetics as the Director of Talent Management, International. Prior to this, they served as the Area Executive HR Director for EEMEA at Allergan Aesthetics and as the Human Resources Director for Russia. Natalia also has experience as the Owner and Executive Director of Spica HR Consulting. Additionally, they have worked at Red Bull as the Area HR Director for Asia, Pacific, Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe, and as the Area HR Director for Asia and Eastern Europe. Earlier in their career, Natalia held various roles at British American Tobacco, including Regional Talent Sourcing Manager for Eastern Europe. Natalia began their professional journey at ICN Pharmaceuticals as a Legal and HR Trainee. Natalia has a wealth of experience in HR strategy, talent management, recruitment, and HR consulting. Natalia has worked across multiple regions, including Eastern Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Natalia Kristioglo obtained a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from MIRBIS / London Metropolitan University in 2002-2003. Natalia also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Human Resources Management from Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS in 2001-2002. Earlier, in 1999-2000, they achieved a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), although the name of the institution is unknown. In 2016, they obtained the certification of Chartered MCIPD from CIPD.
