Peta Clifton

Peta Clifton currently serves as the Head of HR for International Marketing & Commercial Operations at Allergan Aesthetics, a role held since October 2022, and has been at AbbVie since August 2020 as Head of HR for Centres of Excellence. Peta has extensive HR experience, having held senior positions such as Interim HR Director for Allergan's OEU Region and HR Director at EMAP and Ascential during critical organizational transformations. Peta's career began in 2009 at Harwood Turner Consulting Ltd, providing pragmatic and commercial HR support. Peta holds a BSc Hons in Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University.
