Dorothy Hammond

Dorothy Hammond is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as Vice President, HR Business Partner at Netflix since July 2015, Dorothy collaborates closely with Awards, Communications, Publicity, and Human Resources departments. Prior positions include HR Director at Live Nation Entertainment and HR Manager at NBCUniversal, where Dorothy supported diverse organizational functions and initiatives. With a strong foundation in human resources management, Dorothy began their career with internships at Starbucks Corporation and General Electric, following a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
