Francesca Hills

Francesca Hills is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR at Allergy Therapeutics, Francesca has previously held senior roles including VP of Human Resources at Elekta, a leading company in precision radiation therapy. Prior to Elekta, Francesca worked at OCS Group UK in various HR capacities, providing strategic advice on employee relations. Francesca's earlier career includes roles as an HR Advisor, HR Administrator, and HR Assistant in multiple organizations. Francesca holds a BA (Hons) in Personnel Management from the University of Plymouth and is CIPD qualified with a strong skillset in human resources.
