Paul Runyan

Paul Runyan serves as the Global Head of HR Shared Services at Verifone since January 2025. Previously held the role of Chief Client Officer at AlphaStaff, where a robust HR background was leveraged to enhance client relations and service delivery within the HR outsourcing sector. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Public Storage, strategic initiatives led to a significant increase in hiring and successful integration of major property acquisitions. Runyan has also held multiple leadership roles at Bank of America, strengthening HR functions, compliance oversight, and optimizing shared services for a large workforce. Educational qualifications include a BS in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA in Finance and Consulting from the University of Southern California.
