Karley Cheesman

Karley Cheesman is a legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as Group Legal Director and Company Secretary at Allergy Therapeutics since June 2021, Karley also holds titles as Group Company Secretary and Head of Legal and Compliance. Prior roles include Contract Manager at Siemens Healthineers and commercial contract management in self-employment, as well as positions at Clinigen Group, Gartner, and Morson Wynnwith Ltd, where responsibilities included contract negotiation, drafting, and legal advisory. Karley began formal legal education at Reigate Sixth Form College, proceeded to earn an LLB (Hons) at the University of Greenwich, and completed further studies at The College of Law in Guildford.
