Kayla Davidoff

Kayla Davidoff is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at AllerVie Health since January 2025, Kayla previously held the same title at Lantern from March 2021 to January 2025, overseeing HR and talent acquisition functions. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Manager at Partsmaster, where responsibilities encompassed developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring legal compliance. Kayla's career began at Eschelon Experiences as an HR Generalist and Executive Assistant, and includes significant contributions to recruiting and performance management at Simon & Simon, PC. Kayla holds a degree in Human Resources Management from North Carolina State University and is currently furthering education at Northern Illinois University.
