John Ragozzine

John Ragozzine is the Director of Agile at Alley, focused on enabling clients and teammates to maximize value while acting as a guiding advocate for the agile practice. John has worked (and continues to work at Alley) alongside large-scale online publishers, small businesses, nonprofits, foundations, and multinational corporations. A natural collaborator, John takes on client needs as if they were his own, balancing feature delivery with efficiency.

A former front-end developer, John knows the craft necessary to produce great websites. Transitioning to project management in 2013, John has earned his PMP and CSM certifications. With an academic background in writing, philosophy, and education, along with an inherent artistic streak, John can readily spot when a project is out of balance (or when a little asymmetry can help things along).
