Yeshodhara Baskaran

Yeshodhara Baskaran has a diverse work experience that includes roles in project management, consulting, engineering, education, and research. From 2023, Yeshodhara has been working as a Project Manager for ALLFED - Alliance to Feed the Earth in Disasters. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2023, Yeshodhara worked at ECM - Engineered Ceramic Materials GmbH, where they held multiple roles including Consulting Project Manager and FEA R&D Engineer. In 2018, Yeshodhara interned as an Education Unconvention Intern at Villgro Innovations Foundation. Yeshodhara also worked as a Graduate Student at the University of Liège from 2016 to 2018. Yeshodhara has experience in teaching as well, having worked as a Mathematics Physics Teacher at Head start International School in 2016. In 2015, they were a Research Associate at Space Development Nexus. Yeshodhara's early career included roles as Team Captain at Team Arion - SUPRA SAEINDIA from 2013 to 2016 and as President of NMIT SAE CLUB from 2013 to 2016. In these positions, they were responsible for planning and leading various activities and competitions.

Yeshodhara Baskaran completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2016. Following this, from 2016 to 2018, Yeshodhara pursued a Master's degree in Space Sciences from the University of Liège, specializing in the field of Space Science.

Yeshodhara also obtained an ICC level 1 coach award from the International Cricket Council in January 2020.
