Bill McCoy, M.Agr. has extensive work experience in the livestock industry. Bill currently holds the position of Beef Business Development Manager at Allflex Livestock Intelligence North America, where they have been employed since 2018. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Cattle Sales professional at Capitol Land & Livestock.

Bill McCoy's earlier roles include serving as President & COO at Temple Tag from 1999 to 2015, where they were responsible for overseeing production, facility maintenance, customer service, purchasing, and managing a sales team focused on Confined Animal Feeding Operations (CAFO). Prior to that, they were the Owner of McCoy Cattle Management Services from 1995 to 1999, where they managed customer service, procured new accounts, provided investment analyses and management for removed ownership customers, and performed financial service coordination and risk assessment management.

From 1988 to 1995, Bill McCoy held the position of Executive Vice President/General Manager at West Plains Feedyard, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing a large cattle feeding operation, including personnel development, financial planning, new account development, and establishing marketing tactics and policies. Bill also maintained civic, community, legislative, and banking relations.

Before that, from 1984 to 1988, they worked as a Manager at Texas Beef Producers Feedyard, and from 1979 to 1984, they served as a Yard Foreman at Swisher County Feedyard.

Bill McCoy, M.Agr., began their education at El Paso Austin High School, where they completed their high school degree from 1970 to 1974. Bill then attended Texas A&M University from 1974 to 1978, obtaining their Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. Continuing their studies at Texas A&M University, they pursued a Master of Agriculture degree in Feedlot Management from 1978 to 1980.
