Andrew Thomas

Ever since obtaining his degree in Mathematics and Education from King’s College London, Andrew has had a passion for developing people to enable them to fulfil their potential and achieve their aspirations. He enjoys collaborating with business leaders and their teams, understanding their culture, vision and strategy to create aligned, commercial strategic people plans.

Andrew joined AHMM in 2021 to lead the HR function after spending many years working in senior HR positions across the UK and internationally within the financial services sector, most notably with Lloyds Bank and more recently L&C Mortgages where he was their HR Director.
