The scheme is a residential building containing 40 units, a community centre and retail and workshop provisions for the Emmaus homelessness charity, and it won an RIBA regional award. Vlad has also been a key member of the teams for projects including the Telegraph Works, a residential project in Greenwich; a mixed-use scheme on Carrington Street in Mayfair; and the award-winning redevelopment of 1 Finsbury Avenue in the City of London. More recently, Vlad has worked on Royal Street, a new mixed-use development opposite St Thomas’ Hospital and close to Waterloo Station, as well as a commercial project in Shoreditch. He was promoted to Associate in 2022.
