Ofelia Nieto

Ofelia Nieto serves as the Global Head of Talent & Development Corporate at Allfunds since September 2019, leading initiatives to enhance organizational talent and development strategies. Prior to this role, Ofelia held the position of HR Manager at Beiersdorf from January 2000 to September 2019, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of HR projects aligned with company strategy, focusing on international efforts such as employer branding and talent attraction. Ofelia's experience also includes serving as Human Resources Manager at EXIS TI, overseeing human and technical resource management, and as Executive to Human Resources Director at IFA ESPAÑOLA SA, managing economic aspects and supplier negotiations. Ofelia holds a Master’s degree in Labour Law from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
