Alex Phung

Alex Phung currently serves as Chief Legal Officer at AllGear Digital, overseeing legal matters for a portfolio of digital media properties since September 2019. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Senior Commercial and Technology Lawyer at Cargill from September 2011 to September 2019, where responsibilities included working collaboratively across various corporate groups. Alex began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from August 2008 to September 2011, focusing on transactional law related to mergers and acquisitions, securities, and campaign finance. Alex earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
