Randy Booton has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Controller of Financial Reporting at AllHealth Network since May 2012, overseeing financial reporting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Facilities Maintenance for multiple locations. Prior to this role, Randy was the President at Everest Consulting, providing accounting, finance, and human resources consulting for small businesses. Randy's career includes significant positions at Colorado Real Estate & Investment Co., where responsibilities encompassed directing various departments and participating in top-level decisions, as well as roles at American Orient Express, focused on financial management for a startup luxury cruise-train company, and VICORP Restaurants, where Randy advanced through various financial leadership roles in a large national restaurant chain. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from New Mexico State University.
