Bianca Watson

Bianca Watson currently serves as the Global Process Change Manager at Alliance Abroad South Africa since August 2024 and has been with Alliance Abroad Group as a Program Administrator - Support Team Lead since December 2018. Prior to these roles, Bianca held the position of Senior Administrator at Intergate Immigration from November 2016 to December 2018 and worked as Operations Manager at Gateway Immigration Phillip Silver Swartz Incorporated from August 2008 to October 2016, where legal advice and services were provided to foreigners wishing to enter South Africa and South Africans traveling to Australia. Bianca began their career as a Warehouse Administrator at Kevro (Pty) Ltd from January 2007 to July 2008, responsible for recording and updating staff time sheets on the internal system.
