Michelle Daws

Michelle Daws, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Human Resources Director at Alliance Bank, a position held since July 2016, having previously worked as Human Resources Manager at Smarte Carte and Human Resources Specialist at Alliance Bank. With extensive experience in various roles at Thrivent Financial from 1987 to 2008, Michelle has developed a diverse background in human resources and financial office administration.
