Andrew Ong

Andrew Ong has extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, currently serving as Head of Bancassurance and Forex Sales at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad since April 2011. Previously, Andrew held significant positions at Standard Chartered Bank, including Head of Sales for Commercial Mortgage & Business Instalment Loan and SME Centre Manager for the North region. Andrew's career began at Citi as a Treasury Position Clerk, later progressing through various roles at MBf Finance Berhad, Hong Leong Bank Berhad, where multiple positions as Branch Manager were held, and Standard Chartered Bank. Andrew holds an M.B.A. from Heriot-Watt University and a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of London.
