Nur Ezatul Shazreen

Nur Ezatul Shazreen is currently a Manager of HR System & Analytics at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, a position held since July 2022, where responsibilities include supporting human capital reporting, providing data and statistics for regulatory reporting, and overseeing employee medical administration processes. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Executive in Human Resources - OD & Analytics at Agrobank from September 2011 to present, and previously within the Talent Demand Department at Agrobank from August 2018 to December 2019. Nur Ezatul holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, specializing in Information Systems, from University Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) in Putrajaya.
