Tracy Leong is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as AVP Performance and Rewards at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad since September 2024, focusing on research, design, and execution of performance and rewards policies to enhance talent retention. Previously, Tracy held the position of Manager, Performance & Rewards at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad, managing competitive salary and benefits programs. Tracy's extensive experience at AIA Malaysia includes roles from Senior Associate to Manager within Performance, Rewards, and HR Services, overseeing various compensation, benefits, and payroll functions. Additional experience includes HR roles at F&N Holdings, Popular Book Company, and Ogawa World Bhd. Tracy holds a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Malaysia Institute of Human Resource Management and an Executive Diploma in Management from the University of Malaya.
