Ed Winiarz

Ed Winiarz joined their team in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer for the entire Alliance Building Services group. As CFO, Mr. Winiarz provides both operational and programmatic support to the company. He supervises the finance units and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. Mr. Winiarz directly assists the President on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to acquisitions, budget management, cost-benefits analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.

Mr. Winiarz plays a critical role in developing monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy with the President and Executives of the company with an emphasis on bottom line performance and financial insights in formulating executing strategy.

He supports the executive team with key financial information and operational analytics and driving a culture of accountability in managing the business and adding value to operations of the company.

Mr. Winiarz is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of corporate accounting experience and public accounting experience. He has held the positions as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Director of both publicly traded and private companies. Mr. Winiarz began his career at Laventhal & Horwarth. Mr. Winiarz is a certified public accountant and holds as BS in Accounting from SUNY Binghamton and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Pace University.
