Shelbi Opirhory (Doehling) is an experienced military recruiter and business development professional at Alliance Careers since April 2021, specializing in assisting junior military officers and enlisted members in transitioning to civilian careers. Prior roles in the US Army include Junior Military Officer Recruiter and transitioning Army Officer at the Soldier Recovery Unit, as well as Company Commander and Executive Officer at the Warrior Transition Battalion. Shelbi's military training includes leadership roles as Fire Support Officer and participation in various professional military courses, such as the Equal Opportunity Leaders course and the Joint Firepower Course. An alumnus of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Shelbi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in American/U.S. Law/Legal Studies/Jurisprudence.
