Nubia Chavez is an experienced Risk Management professional currently serving as the Risk and Compliance Manager at Alliance Catholic Credit Union since February 2018. With certifications as a Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS) and a Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE), Nubia has a strong background in financial compliance and risk assessment. Nubia has also acquired advanced skills in investigative interviewing through the completion of The Reid Technique course. Prior to Alliance Catholic Credit Union, Nubia held multiple branch management roles at Citizens Bank and Chase, where responsibilities included coaching staff and enhancing member experience while engaging in community education initiatives.
