Jessica Joyner

Jessica Joyner is an experienced educational professional with a strong background in instructional leadership and special education. Currently serving as an Instructional Specialist at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools since 2021, Jessica utilizes data to enhance instructional strategies and develop professional development opportunities across a network of schools. Previous roles include Manager of Special Education, Resource Specialist Program Teacher, and Local Screening Chair, where Jessica demonstrated expertise in managing caseloads, facilitating professional development, and overseeing compliance in special education practices. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Special Education, as well as a Master of Education in Learning & Instruction from Vanderbilt University.
