Megan Smith

Megan M. Smith currently serves as the Director of History and Manager of History Design at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools since July 2019. In addition, Megan has been a Curriculum Writer & Consultant at Westchester Publishing Services since October 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a High School Social Studies Teacher at Noble Network of Charter Schools from August 2015 to July 2019 and as an Elementary School Teacher at the University of Chicago Charter School from August 2012 to July 2015. Earlier expertise includes teaching through Teach For America from June 2012 to June 2014. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Spelman College, obtained in 2012.
