Lisa Canning

Lisa Canning (Whittle) is an experienced professional in the aged care and disability sectors, currently serving as the Branch Manager for Aged Care & Brokerage at Alliance Community since December 2018, leading support initiatives aligned with the 2024 Support at Home Program. Previously, Lisa held various leadership roles at Uniting from June 2014 to December 2018, including Team Leader, where focus was on transitioning to the NDIS, and Project Support Acting Team Leader for projects facilitating participant support transition. Earlier experience includes community support roles at World Vision Australia and Ability Options, alongside a volunteer position in Peru. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Aid and Development from Murdoch University and a Bachelor of Design Studies from Western Sydney University.
