Carina Kang is experienced in talent acquisition and recruitment, having held various roles such as Talent Acquisition Lead, Communications Manager, Sr. Technical Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter in different companies. Throughout their career, Carina has developed a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding process, assessed client needs, sourced and screened candidates, conducted technical assessments, and managed hired contractors.
