Justice McMullen

Justice McMullen has extensive experience in mortgage operations, currently serving as Vice President of Mortgage Operations at ALLIANCE Credit Union Texas since February 2020, with previous roles including AVP, Mortgage Operations Manager, and Mortgage Processing Supervisor. Prior to this, Justice held the position of Police Officer with the City of Lubbock and worked as a Lending Specialist and Lead Teller at City Bank, focusing on loan management and cash transaction oversight. Justice began a career in management as a Store Manager at Taco Villa Limited. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from West Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business, as well as an Associate's degree in Business Administration from South Plains College.
