Tracy Weatherly has a diverse work experience in the finance and mortgage lending industry. Tracy started their career at New Century Mortgage in 2005 as a Branch Manager and later worked at Supreme Lending and Countrywide in the same role. In 2008, they joined The Park Group as a Sales Manager, and in 2011, they became the Collections Manager at Moss Law Firm, specializing in managing collections for major credit card companies. In 2013, they joined Capital Mortgage Services as the Operations Manager Correspondent Lending, responsible for overseeing daily operations and implementing training and procedures. Currently, Tracy is the SVP of Real Estate Lending at ALLIANCE Credit Union Texas since 2022, and they also hold the role of VP of Mortgage Lending in the same company since 2015.
