Rachel Rouleau

Rachel Rouleau serves as Legal Counsel at Alliance Defending Freedom since September 2019, previously holding the position of First Year Litigation Fellow. Rachel gained valuable experience as a Judicial Intern at Williamsburg/James City County Circuit Court and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, where responsibilities included drafting orders, writing bench memos, conducting legal research, and attending hearings. Additional internships at Pedersen Law, PLLC, and Davis, Malm & D'Agostine, P.C. allowed Rachel to develop legal skills further. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a minor in History and a certificate in Public Affairs from the University of Florida.
