Jim Tobin

Jim Tobin has over 30 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Jim began their career in 1985 as the Data Processing Manager at the Anchorage Times, where they managed all information technology aspects of the 24-hour news cycle daily newspaper, overseeing three teams of operators, programmers, and technicians. In 1989, they joined Apple as a Senior Consulting Engineer, where they supported strategic sales opportunities with consultative selling skills and collaborated in bid response on multi-million dollar proposals. In 2011, they became the Owner of OlyInnovations, where they tackled tough problems that had not yet been solved. In 2016, they joined Alliance Enterprises, Inc. as the Deputy Director and Product Manager, where they managed all aspects of development of two Software as a Service products, including channel strategies, leveraged sales model, supporting ecosystem and product definition and prioritization of features into product roadmaps.

Jim Tobin attended the University of Puget Sound from 1980 to 1985, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science.
