Sahar Ghadhban

Sahar Ghadhban is a seasoned diplomat and senior policy advisor specializing in Middle Eastern affairs, currently holding a position at Global Affairs Canada since January 2015. Ghadhban has served in various roles, including First Secretary for Political Affairs at the Embassy of Canada to Lebanon and Second Secretary for Political Affairs at the Embassy of Canada to Russia. Prior experience includes advising during the 70th UN General Assembly on issues related to the Fourth Committee and working as a Communications Analyst at the United Nations. Sahar holds an Executive MSc. in International Strategy and Diplomacy from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master of Arts in Public and International Affairs from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Politics from Université de Montréal.
