Yann Jugeat, PMP

Yann Jugeat, PMP has over 9 years of experience in project management. Since 2020, they have been working as a Project Manager for Alliance Enterprises, Inc., a software application company. In this role, they plan, coordinates, and monitors commercial software implementation and expansion projects from initiation through statewide implementation and stabilization. Yann also develops detailed project plans with state project managers and resource managers.

From 2011 to 2020, Jugeat worked for the US Army in various roles. As an Operations Program Manager, they assessed the needs of 13 Logistic Readiness Centers and mitigated aggressive reparable item management to decrease materials core charges. As a Program Manager, they oversaw the movement, distribution and storage of materials in an organization valued at over $4M and coordinated the integration of SAP software into the enterprise. As a Project Manager, they led teams consisting of 60+ personnel in support of 100+ vehicles in the operation, maintenance, maintenance planning, and logistics efforts of the organization\u2019s equipment valued over $150Mil. As a Senior Team Lead, they provided logistical support to nine organizations in the brigade accumulating over 345 rolling stock valued at over $60M.

Yann Jugeat has an education history that includes a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University (2014-2017), a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Park University (2009-2014), an Associate of Science in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Barstow Community College (2007-2008), and Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Education, Warrant Officer Advance Course, and Warrant Officer Basic Course from Warrant Officer Career College. Yann also has additional certifications, including Global Combat Support System-Army (SAP) Maintenance Manager from the US Army (2016), Demonstrated Senior Logistician from SOLE-The International Society of Logistics (2013), Combat Service Support (CSS) Automated Information System Interface (CAISI) 2.0 Interface (2012), Contracting Officer Representative (2008), and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (2020).
