Stuart Kanner

Stuart Kanner has over 30 years of work experience in the entertainment industry. Stuart began their career at RKO Warner Video/Video Shack, Inc as a Buyer/Store Manager, where they coordinated the purchase and distribution of home video products. Stuart then joined Valley Media Inc/Star Video as a Buyer/Purchasing Manager/Business Analyst/IT Manager, where they successfully managed computer operations and executed the Y2K project. Stuart then moved to DMSP/The MARC Group as a Purchasing/Technology Solutions Manager/Sr. Infrastructure Analyst, specializing in Information Systems management and services. Stuart furthered their career at Kultur International Film, Inc as a Production Manager, where they negotiated with vendors for better pricing and payment terms. Stuart then joined National Music Rack/NMR Home Entertainment as the Director of Purchasing, implementing a strategic sourcing model that resulted in significant cost savings. Currently, they are the Sr. Sales Manager, VMI at Alliance Entertainment, a top tier distributor of music, movies, video games, and consumer electronics.
